THE NO RISK PAINTING WARRANTY

No Risk Painting warranties to the Homeowner for a period of up to five years from the date of completion that the paint or stain on the home shall not split, chip, peel, flake, blister or excessively chalk (herinafter referred to as the "Covered Conditions") for any reason whatsoever. The warranty may be transferred one time only to a subsequent homeowner for the remainder of the warranty, provided that within thirty (30) days proper notifcation of the transfer and a transfer fee of One hundred dollars (100.00) is tendered to No Risk Painting at the address set forth below.

Any claim of failure of any Warranted Condition under the Warranty must be presented in writing to No Risk Painting at the address set forth below withing thirty (30) days after the discovery of the problem. If, after inspection, No Risk Painting determines that a claim is valid under the Warranty, then No Risk Painting shall promptly supply, free of charge, replacement product and the necessary labor to correct the problem. The foregoing shall be the only remedy of the Homeowner under this Warranty. The duration of the Warranty Period shall not be extended by the supplying of any replacement material and labor, but the remaining Warranty Period shall continue in effect and be applicable to the re-coated areas under the conditions of this Warranty.

This limited warranty is given as the exclusive warranty and remedy, and No Risk Painting disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied. No Risk Painting shall not be liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages.
