Process
We want your business not just for one job, but for a lifetime.
Confirmation of start date: We will confirm your start date by phone, usually the night before. At that time, we can discuss any additional converns of questions you may have and/or any items that you might like added to the job.
Payment for material: The only payment we collect before we begin is for material. On the day we begin we will expect to pick up a check made out to the paint store for the full amount of material specified on your estimate. We will purchase the material with your check. If you will not be at home, you may leave the check in an envelope marked "No Risk Painting."
High quality, professional painting: The crew will adhere to the procedures set forth in our Formula for a Quality Job.
Daily cleanup: If the job lasts for several days, the crew will clean up at the end of each day and place any equipment in a safe place.
Professional standards: When we have completed the job, the crew foreman and/or a quality control foreman will inspect the finished work with you to assure maximum satisfaction. We do not allow loud music, offensive alnguage, or unprofessional behavior by our crews. If at any time you or your neighbors are disturbed or offended by some action of the crew, please call our office and we will immediately attend to it.
Customer completion statement: When we have completed the job, the crew foreman and/or a quality control foreman will inspect the finished work with you to assure maximum satisfaction. Please specify any area of concern or dissatisfaction, and these will be addressed. Once you are satisfied, please complete the customer completion statement and sign it. Do not sign this document until all work has been completed per the contract.
Warranty: Once your completion statement is on file in our office and full payment has been received, your warranty will be sent to you.
