If a painter isn't paid until the job finished and the customer is satisfied than it is in that painter's best interest to do a quality job in a timely manner. If that same painter is paid 1/3 of the total job when the contract is signed and another 1/3 once the job starts, he still has all of the work to do, but only 1/3 of the payment left to collect. That painter is what we call the 'absentee painter', and while No Risk is working diligently to give you a quality paint job, the absentee painter is off looking to collect another upfront payment!

2. No other painter has a better warranty
Most painters offer no written guarantee that their work will last. Most will verbally "promise to stand by their work". The few to do have a written warranty rarely guarantee it past a year or two, and they usually just warranty the material (which is something the paint manufacturer already does!!!). No Risk Painting warranties, in writing, to protect your home against any type of paint failure, labor included!

Unlike most painting companies, No Risk Painting does not collect a deposit or progress payments. The practice of not collecting a deposit ensures that the customer pays nothing for our labor until the job is finished and they are 100% satisfied.

Most painters collect between 33% and 50% of the quoted job price upfront as a deposit. This is absolutely not necessary. If a paint crew works diligently, it only takes about five days to complete the average home.
