We're the only RISK FREE painting company because, unlike other painting companies, we don't collect a deposit, and you won't pay a dime for our labor until the job in completed and you are 100% satisfied. There is zero risk going forward with No Risk Painting

An unbeatable warranty: The guarantee is a 3-year warranty including labor and material. The warranty is valid for 5 years if we apply two coats. Most painting companies, if they stay in business, offer one- or two-year warranties that they rarely service.

Transferrable warranties: Both 3-year & 5-year warranties are transferrable.

Typical paint job cost: Our internet special for painting the exterior of your home is $3,399, and for trim, just $1,799. That price is based on an average sized home and does not include material. Since every job is unique we will need to see your home to give you a firm estimate.

Apples-to-apples guarantee: No Risk Painting guarantees to beat any reputable painter's price providing they are offering to do the same work and are using the same or comparable materials.

Typical trim price: We will paint your trim for $1,799. That price is based on an average sized home and does not include material. Since every job is unique we will need to see your home to give you a firm estimate.

Free, no hassle estimates: Many companies try to send salesmen out to give you a 'hard sell'. We still need to visit your house to deliver the estimate, but, if you want, we can simply leave our estimate in your mailbox. No one needs to be home to get your estimate. We have a staff trained to give estimates. Their job is to give an accurate estimate to our customers.

We recommend Pratt & Lambert products: We enthusiastically recommend using Pratt & Lambert products to finish the exterior of your home. Our warranty is based upon using either Pratt & Lambert's Accolade, Red Seal, or Stainshield products. Pratt &Lambert has well over 1,000 colors and can accurately match almost any color from another paint company. Additionally, a recent issue of Consumer Digest named Pratt & Lambert's Accolade as the #1 rated national paint.

We pass our dealer savings on paint to you: On most homes (ranging in size up to 3,000 square feet) paint costs will be approximately $300 - $400 (trim only may cost under $200). No Risk Painting gets the lowest price; our price is better than the lowest price found in any paint store. And we pass that savings on to you.

We don't "spray": We use brushes and rollers as opposed to spraying to assure adequate coverage. The thicker the coating, the longer the job will last. Yes it is a bit more labor-intensive, but it means a higher quality and it allows us to give you the best paint warranty in New England.

Experienced carpentry: We will perform all necessary carpentry work from replacing siding/shingles, soffits, fascia, and any other needed work. This carpentry work comes at a low additional cost. The estimate will reflect these costs.

The carpentry is covered: The carpentry work does fall under the same guarantee.

We scrub wash: This means we use a power-washer only to clean the exterior of the home (rather than use it to peel the old paint off the home). Then, we scrape the home.

We generally begin Monday and finish by Friday: Weather permitting, of course. It takes approximately two to three days (once dry after the scrub wash). First, we scrub wash the home. As soon as the substrate is dry, we will begin to paint (weather permitting). Therefore, a whole house will take the better part of a week. A trim job will be done in two to three days.

We can furnish references: after you have decided you are interested in having No Risk Painting do the work. We do not use the same references over and over again and we always get the customer's permission before we give out a name and telephone number. We are sure you would want us to handle you as a reference in the same way. In addition, please browse our picture gallery for a partial list of jobs we have completed.

Why we do not collect a deposit: We do not receive any payment until the job is complete. Once a customer has agreed to the estimate, we ask that a signed copy of the estimate along with a material check made payable to CTB Paints in the amount quoted on the estimate, and your color selection be placed in an envelope and mailed to our home office. No other payment is required until the job is finished and you are 100% SATISFIED.

We will paint just about any substrate: vinyl, aluminum, masonite, stucco, asbestos and all wood exteriors including clapboards, shingles, shakes and T 1-11.
